In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchase from ClocksMall.com, you can have the confidence that you can return or exchange the item within 75 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping charge.

Exclusions: Grandfather Clock, Floor Clock, Floor Globe, Curio Cabinet, Furniture, Large Items, Custom Order, Special Order can be returned/exchanged within 30 Days from the invoice date.  These items must be returned in unused condition. A refund will be issued less all shipping & handling fees associated with this return. If the grandfather clock or floor clock has been setup, it will be considered a used item and will not be returnable.  Custom/special order/unique items are not returnable. Plus there is 10% Restocking Fees for these above mentioned items.


All returned items to ClocksMall.com must be in original, good condition with original packaging and documentation. Product in damaged, used or scratched condition will not be applicable for refund and will be returned back to the customer and the shipping charge will be charged on the customer credit card. Item must also be packaged in the original manufacturer's box. All of the products parts, accessories, registration cards, etc must be returned for full credit.

Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for RETURN shipping charges. Orders placed with express shipping, including but not limited to, overnight, 2 day air, 3 day air and priority mail will, are non-refundable.

Please Note:* For any items that are returned for credit, the customer will be credited for the total invoice minus standard shipping fee. For orders that qualified for free shipping, the return of the item will also be credit the total invoice minus standard shipping.

Refused/Returned Shipment: If you refuse your order shipment or shipment is returned to us we will issue a refund less total shipping cost charged by the carrier

Returns without RMA#: No merchandise will be accepted or eligible for credit without an RMA#. Any returns without an RMA# are subject to refusal. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 1 or 2 weeks after your merchandise is received and inspected.  

Order Cancellation: Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is complete or phone order is placed, we immediately submitted your order to our order processing team.  We cannot cancel any orders once the order is received. and shiped  If you would like to return your item, please refer to our return policy.  However, if an item is on back order or out of stock then we can cancel the order. Order cancellation may be subject to an order cancellation fees 10% of the invoice total.

If there is some technical problem with an item that has been used, then please return it to the manufacturer for repair/replacement (Manufacturers' address listed below). We do not hold responsibility of used items.


**IMPORTANT NOTE**  The actual shipping cost you must pay to return an item to us may not match our flat promotional shipping rates or free shipping promotion.  For example, we may ship an item to you for free, but the actual shipping cost is what will be deducted from your credit might be $10.50. Similarly if you order more than 2 items and want to return one of them the actual shipping cost to ship the item will be deducted.


merchandise that is not eligible for return:

    1.  Merchandise that has been used, altered (i.e. engraved, sized, etc.) or damaged 
     by the customer.
    2.  Merchandise requiring repair after 7 days of delivery of item. (Warranty service is 
     provided by the manufacturer)


Replacement policy for defective products

We ship every thing new, but if somehow there is a defect with the product, we will happily replace it with a brand new one. Any defect or damage should be reported to us with in 7 days of delivery of item. If defect or damage is not reported to us with in 7 days of delivery then customer is responsible for sending the clock directly to manufacturer for repair.

Upon receiving the item from Customer, if during inspection we did not find the defect mentioned by the customer then we have the right to charge the customer credit card for any return label that was paid by us.

Defective or Damaged Items send to us after the 7 day deadline will either be returned to Customer. If item is being returned to customer, Customer will be charged for the shipping cost(s) of returning the merchandise back to them.



How to Return a Product
 
In the unlikely event you are required to return a product to ClocksMall.com follow these instructions:

1. Contact us to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. An RMA is required to process a return.  Returns without authorization are subject to refusal.

2. Carefully repackage the product in the manufacturer's original packaging, making sure to include all parts and paperwork. Missing paperwork or parts will result in extra charge. 
You may be required to place the manufacturer's box in a sturdier, shipping quality box.

3. Return the product via UPS or other insured shipping provider.  It is recommended that you insure the package and obtain a tracking number as ClocksMall.com is not responsible for loss or damage to merchandise that is being returned. Please insure the package for your purchase price.

4. Place a shipping label on the box and return the product to the address given below.  Please remember to include your RMA number on the shipping label. Do not write directly on the manufacturer's box- please use a shipping label so that the box may be reused. A box replacement charge will apply if the box is written upon.
