Your orders will be shipped by UPS, FedEx or USPS. Please allow 3-9 days
for delivery. Standard domestic shipping rates apply. Rush shipping is
available. You need to place an order on the phone for rush delivery.
Grandfather
clock, large floor clock, large curio cabinet or some large items will
ship via reliable trucking freight company. They will carefully
transport your merchandise. Normally, it will take approximately 5 to
12 business days or more for delivery depending on customer shipping
address. Once the item has arrived within proximity of local area, the
trucking company will call you to arrange the delivery time with you.
Please at least give one full day window for the trucking company to
deliver the shipment.
We are not responsible for the delay of
shipping due to weather, accidents, or mistakes done by any postal
service (including damages, scratches, and undeliverable address). We
are also not responsible for stolen or lost packages.
Every
order that we ship, a tracking number is emailed to you for that order.
Please check your email 2-3 days after you place the order to make sure
you have received the tracking number. You can log on to the concerned
carrier's website and use the tracking number to track your package. The
tracking number provides a way to keep on top of the shipping progress
of your package and also to get the estimated delivery date for your
package.
Due to security reasons, please be sure that an
authorized adult will be at the shipping address given to sign for your
package within the estimated arrival period.
If no one is home
to receive the package, your local carrier driver may leave the item at
your doorstep area or the driver may hold onto the package for a second
delivery attempt. If you know in advance that you will not be home to
personally receive the package, you may leave a signed note for the
carrier driver to make alternative arrangements.
If your order is
being delivered to an office building, apartment complex or similar
facility, or to a public institution such as a hotel, hospital, school,
etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees,
receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon
signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have
fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order.
Change Shipping Information:
We are unable to change ship to address or any shipping information after orders that have been processed and shipped.
For
orders that have been shipped and need shipping information changed, an
additional $10.00 charge and a subsequent re-shipping charge will be
applied to all orders requiring re-shipping due to incorrect address at
the time of purchase.
Returned Packages:
For
packages returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, a charge of $10
will be charged to the invoice for re-shipping the package plus any
additional shipping cost. UPS and Fedex carriers make three attempts to
deliver packages. On each attempt, a note is left to inform the receiver
of delivery. Customers can call carrier after receiving a notice to
accommodate time arrangements. Following three unsuccessful attempts,
the package will be returned to sender.
To avoid re-shipping charges, please make prior arrangements.
Free Shipping Policy:
Free
ground shipping, on orders that meet requirements, will be paid by us.
However, if an item is returned, the standard shipping charges will be
deducted from the total invoice of the returned order.
Does the Flat Shipping Rate apply to All States?
No,
the Flat Shipping Rate does not apply to Alaska & Hawaii.
Depending upon the order amount, we do offer the flat shipping rate to
these states as well.
Do you offer other shipping like Overnight, 2nd Day Air & 3rd Day Air Delivery ?
Yes, we do offer these shipping choices, however the cost will
be incurred by the customer. Depending on the size, quantity and weight
of your item(s), cost vary. To avoid confusion among our valued
customers we do not show these options on our website. If you need

How can I plan ahead to receive my shipment on the first delivery attempt?
To
receive your shipment on the first delivery attempt, track the shipment
and leave a note for driver on the scheduled delivery day. The note can
instruct the driver to either leave the shipment, or, if a signature is
requires, to deliver to a nearby neighbor who is available during the
day. Additional options include having shipments sent to an address
where someone is available during business hours.
